By accessing and using the services provided by Heritage Canada Tours ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Reservations

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Heritage Canada Tours. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

4.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before the tour departure date
• We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers
• All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

4.3 Pricing

Tour prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. Prices include services as specified in the tour description but may exclude items such as personal expenses, optional activities, and gratuities.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 31-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15-30 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

5.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative tour.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Heritage Canada Tours is not responsible for expenses incurred due to trip interruption, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring they meet physical requirements for tours
• Arriving at designated meeting points on time
• Following guide instructions and safety protocols
• Respecting cultural sites and local customs
• Obtaining necessary travel documents
• Informing us of dietary restrictions or accessibility needs

8. Health and Safety

Customer safety is our priority. We reserve the right to exclude any customer whose behavior endangers themselves or others, or who fails to follow safety instructions. Customers with health conditions should consult their physician before booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

Heritage Canada Tours' liability is limited to the tour price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, terrorism, or pandemic-related restrictions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and tour materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed and grant us the right to use such images for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you prefer not to be included in photographs.

We strive to resolve any issues promptly. Complaints should be made in writing within 30 days of tour completion. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Ontario law.

15. Modifications to Tours

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.

16. Age Requirements

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some tours may have specific age restrictions for safety reasons.

We strive to accommodate customers with disabilities. Please inform us of any accessibility needs at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.

18. Changes to Terms
